During an interview with MSNBC on Wednesday, Obama’s scandal plagued AG Eric Holder posed the question to Trump supporters: “Exactly when did you think America was great?”
Watch the video:
Vice President Mike Pence had the perfect answer.
He did not even need words, just 4 images.

The images included proud moments in American history including George Washington crossing the Delaware river during the revolutionary war, the moon landing, Martin Luther King Jr. and U.S. Marines raising the American flag over Iwo Jima in World War 2.
Trump supporters offered more proud moments.

Holder then responded by back-pedaling and saying America IS great.
America IS great. And can-and must-be greater still. “Make America great again” means YOU think America is not great now-and is backward looking. America is at its best when we look forward, embrace an uncertain future and make it ours. That is what defines American greatness https://t.co/ASagCEPMZ5

But many were not having it.
Nice back pedal, Eric.
