During the Pennsylvania Republican hearing on the 2020 election, attorney and Certified GOP Canvas Observer Justin C. Kweder said he witnessed complete obstruction of observation in Philadelphia mail in ballots with witnesses kept too far away to see anything.
“The Philadelphia board of elections processed hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots with zero civilian oversight,” Kweder claims.
