Trump responds to idea of him being NYC Mayor “I would love that. We could straighten it out.”

While visiting NYPD and NY Firefighters on 9/11 Trump was asked about the idea of him becoming NY Mayor.

“Well, that’s an interesting question,” Trump responded as many laughted. “I would love that. We could straighten it out. I’d say, ‘Fellas, good luck, go to town.’ They’d be announcing in one week, ‘There’s no crime in this city.'”

The same day Trump was also asked if he was planning a comeback run for President in 2024.

“Actually, for me, it’s an easy question,” Trump replied. “I mean, I know what I’m going to do, but I’m not supposed to be talking about it yet from the standpoint of campaign finance laws, which, frankly, are ridiculous.”

“But I think you’re going to be happy,” he added.
