Loudon County Superintendent Scott Ziegler is under fire and facing increasing calls to resign after an email indicates he was aware in May of a sexual assault claim by the daughter of Scott Smith that was later proven true.
While his email acknowledged the school board was looking into the matter, he seemed to focus on Scott Smith, the outraged father of the 15 year old girl who was raped “causing a disruption by using threatening and profane language.”
To make things worse, in June, Ziegler claimed “To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms”

Students were protesting in support of recent sex assault victims in the District including this school & asking for safer schools.
