16 other states are now backing the Texas Supreme Court lawsuit against battleground states Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Florida AG Ashley Moody wrote in a statement Monday explaining the choice to join “The integrity and resolution of the 2020 election is of paramount importance.”
She added “The United States Supreme Court should weigh the legal arguments of the Texas motion and all pending matters so that Americans can be assured the election was fairly reviewed and decided.”
According to a Wednesday report in the NY Times, President Trump asked Ted Cruz to argue a Texas case seeking to overturn the election if the Supreme Court agrees to hear it.
The suit from Texas AG Ken Paxton challenges the Electoral College outcomes in 4 battleground states – Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia.
