This morning in a somber press conference, House speaker Nancy Pelosi discussed the impeachment trial and declared “The fate of our nation is riding on how this is resolved.”
During the same event, Pelosi argued if Trump is acquitted “he will not be acquitted.”
When this is over, do you think President Trump will be chastened and understand he has a Congress watching him or will he be emboldened because the Senate will have acquitted him?
Well he will no be acquitted. You can not be acquitted if you don’t have a trial and you don’t have a trial if you don’t have witnesses and documentation.
If Trump is acquitted, “he will not be acquitted. You cannot be acquitted if you don’t have a trial and you don’t have a trial if you don’t have witnesses and documentation…”
