Appearing on MSNBC to discuss her explosive exchange with President Trump, PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor said “covering President Trump sometimes is like a team sport.”
Sunday, President Trump had an explosive exchange with Alcindor that quickly became a news story in itself.
Alcindor claimed Trump said that equipment governors are requesting they don’t actually need. Trump denied he said that then said “Why don’t you act a little more positive…it’s always getcha getcha…that’s why nobody trusts the media anymore.”

Per TCO, a recent Gallup poll shows the news media having the highest disapproval rating in their handling to the response to Coronavirus out of the listed options.
U.S. hospitals had the best rating with 88% approval vs. 10% disapproval.
President Trump had 60% approval vs. 38% disapproval.
The news media had a stunningly low 44% approval vs. 55% disapproval.
