WATCH: Mulvaney warns “if the Democrats take control of the Senate, then there will be no opportunity at all to do any investigations after January 20th”

Appearing with Maria Bartiromo, former White House Chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discussed the COVID relief package as well as the Trump Team’s new Pennsylvania SCOTUS petition.

Bartiromo asked “Mick, what do you make of this suit? Could this be a potential win for President Trump?”

Muvaney responded “Potentially, sure. But I think we have to be honest with ourselves Maria. No one’s been impressed with the results of the legal up until now. It’s been run mostly as a PR campaign it seems, not a serious legal inquiry.”

Mulvaney then made the case that the stakes are higher than ever in the Georgia runoff elections taking place January 5th, where control of the Senate is at stake.

He explained “because if the Democrats take control of the Senate, then there will be no opportunity at all to do any investigations after January 20th,” saying that only then will wie “finally find out what happened in the election in 2020.”

“That’s a great point, Mick, I’m glad you made it,”  Bartiromo said.
