Per TCO, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was confronted and asked why she ripped up President Trump’s State of the Union Speech.

Pelosi appeared to reply “Because it was the courteous thing to do considering the alternatives.”

The speech she ripped up was a one-of-a-kind record, signed by POTUS and full of stories of Bravery, Heroism and Patriotism.

It belonged to the AMERICAN PEOPLE, not to her. What a disgusting display of raw partisanship!

Tuesday evening President Trump concluded his State of the Union address.

Nearly immediately after, House speaker Nancy Pelosi ripped up her copy of the speech right in front of the cameras, while looking absolutely furious.

Social media was divided with some Democrats cheering the move and Trump supporters calling it rude, disrespectful and disgraceful.

One thing is for certain, it will be a moment that will be talked about for a long time.
