WATCH: Hollywood actresses team up to encourage voting early

A team of Hollywood actresses including Eva Longoria, Amber Tamblyn, Michelle Williams and Uzo Aduba released a video on instagram encouraging people to vote early.

The actresses in the video take turns speaking and say “the most effective way to vote in this election is to vote early and in-person. It’s the best way to ensure that your vote is received and counted on time.”

They continue “When we say in person, we mean two things. Once: show up and vote, just like you would on Election Day. Just, early. On your own time. Two: pick up and cast your absentee ballot or the mail-in ballot you already received in the mail, at any early voting site. And it’s the best way to ensure that your vote is received and counted on time.”

The video was directed by Tamblyn, who also appears in the video.
