While voting against Judge Amy Coney Barrett Monday evening, Democrat Senator Mazie Hirono of Hawaii gave a “thumbs down” symbol and said “hell no” according to Fox News.

During Barrett’s hearing, many of Hirono’s questions were quite contentious in nature.
In a moment that got many talking, Hirono asked Barrett, whose children were sitting right behind her “Since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature?”
Barrett replied “No, Senator Hirono”

Even with Barrett formally confirmed, at this time Hirono’s “pinned tweet” on her Twitter profile is a tweet thread that begins with “I will not support the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court for the following reasons”
