WATCH: Former ICE Director Slams “Coward” Dem Rep for Behavior During Contentious Hearing

During a recent interview, former acting director of ICE, Tom Homan, slammed Congressional Democrats for their approach to the ongoing border crisis, as well as for their behavior during a heated testimony.

Specifically, Homan blasted Democrat Rep. Gerry Connolly, who he clashed with fiercely during while attempting to testify.

Homan said Connolly “threw out dirt and wouldn’t let me respond,” adding, “This is about political theater. He ran out of there like a little girl.

“[Connolly is] a coward,” Homan went on to say, adding, “He didn’t want to hear my response, because this was all political theater.”

Social media commentary overwhelmingly sided with Homan, with dozens of commenters sharing their disdain for Congress and the lack of effort directed towards addressing the border crisis.
