WATCH: Biden explains to reporter that “Unity” to him does not mean “Bipartisan”

Answering a question from a reporter during a press even, President Joe Biden explained that “unity” to him does not necessarily mean “bipartisan.”

“If you pass a piece of legislation that breaks down on party lines, but it gets passed, that doesn’t mean there wasn’t unity,” Biden explained.

“It just means it wasn’t bipartisan,” he added.
