American David Taylor won the Gold Medal in 86kg freestyle wrestling defeating Iranian wrestler Hassan “The Greatest” Yazdanicharati, who is considered a hero in his country.
Taylor scored a takedown with 17 seconds left to take the lead and win, coming from behind.
