VIDEO: Mark McCloskey joins Tucker, furious he’s been charged but not the trespassers

Moments ago, Mark McCloskey, one half of the viral St. Louis couple that defended their home with guns while protesters marched by, appeared with Tucker Carlson.

Fox News reported that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said Monday she’s charging the couple who flashed guns at a crowd marching to the mayor’s office last month with felony unlawful use of a weapon.

Gardner, the city’s top prosecutor, told The Associated Press that Mark and Patricia McCloskey also faced a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault over the June 28 incident. “It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner — that is unlawful in the city of St. Louis,” Gardner said.

“It’s a totally upside-down world, Tucker,” McCloskey said during his appearance on Carlson’s hit show “The people that broke into my neighborhood, they were all trespassing. The guy that recruited it, that planned this event, said the next day that he intended to break the law, that he needed to break laws in order to send his message. None of those people are arrested. None of those people are charged.”

“The prosecutor, the circuit attorney, has apparently decided that her job as a prosecutor isn’t to keep us safe from criminals but to keep the criminals safe from us. It’s a bizarre, upside-down world. I’ve been a little irritated by this process until today, now I am just flat-out pissed off. I mean, this has gotten to be outrageous,” he added.
