A video of a hero K-9 who jumped through a broken window to take down an assault suspect has gone viral on social media.
The California K-9, a 5-year-old Belgian malinois named Duke, reportedly served in the Marine Corps in Iraq and helped Police in Friday morning chase.

Per the Corona Police Department, the suspect refused to exit his vehicle to surrender.
Officer Neff and his partner K9 Duke responded to assist and gave several opportunities for the suspect to give up as well, which he refused. K9 Duke apprehended the suspect, and Fontana Police took custody of him.
The suspect was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries. The officers, nor K9 Duke were injured during the incident.
