Veteran Tim Kennedy Calls Out Vindman For “Douche Bag” Move Correcting Nunes

Former MMA Star and decorated veteran Tim Kennedy has fought valiantly for the country and was not impressed by Lt. Colonel Vindman’s testimony.

Kennedy referred to the moment when Vindman asked Rep. Nunes to call him by his title Lt. Colonel.

Before becoming a MMA star, per Wikipedia, Kennedy transitioned from active duty to the Texas Army National Guard and served in the position of Special Forces Weapons Sergeant.

Among Kennedy’s multiple awards are the Army’s Bronze Star Medal with V device, which was awarded for valor under fire.

On April 16, 2017, Kennedy announced his reenlistment into the U.S. Army Special Forces, praising the leadership of Secretary of Defense James Mattis and National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster.[12]

Taking to Twitter, Tim Kennedy wrote:

Correcting a civilian about how to be a addressed is a for sure way to make everyone in the military think you are a douche bag.

Many agreed with Tim.

Alton Stocks wrote “I am a Retired U S Navy Rear Admiral and Board Certified and licensed physician. Several times I have been addressed as “Mister.” Never once did I interrupt or correct the addressee. I believed that would detract from the interaction and demean the other person.”

Robert O’Neill who is credited for killing Osama Bin Laden tweeted:

When people ask me, “How should I address you?”… Senior Chief? I say, “No. Rob is fine”
