On Saturday, GOP lawmaker Justin Amash, an outspoken critic of President Trump throughout his administration, took to social media to accuse Trump of having “engaged in impeachable conduct” while refusing to clarify.
Amash additionally slammed US Attorney General William Barr, who he accused of having “deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report.”
Despite President Trump’s ultimate vindication following the Mueller report’s release, several of his Democrat opponents, as well as Republican enemies, have continued vying for his impeachment, regardless.
Here are my principal conclusions:
1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report.
2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct.
3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances.
4. Few members of Congress have read the report.— Justin Amash (@justinamash) May 18, 2019
Contrary to Barr’s portrayal, Mueller’s report reveals that President Trump engaged in specific actions and a pattern of behavior that meet the threshold for impeachment.

Trump supporters and conservatives were not buying Amash’s story, and quickly took to social media to fire back, with an overwhelming majority directly calling “BS” while calling out Amash for anti-Trump bias.
Complete bs. You’re biased, your lens biased.

I have a question. What makes you believe he engaged in impeachable conduct when even MUELLER HIMSELF couldn’t prove it?
I bet you have the same proof Adam Schiff has.
