Former President Trump sparked outrage among many progressives after voicing opposition to transgender athletes that compete in women’s sports during his CPAC speech.
Trump asked “what coach wants to recruit a young woman if her record could be easily broken by someone who was born a man?”
“I think it’s crazy, we must protect the integrity of women’s sports,” he added.

Some of the reaction on Twitter:
All of the people objecting to my tweet about Trump’s transphobia masquerading as concern for women’s sports are men whose accounts really do not suggest that they’re normally such champions of women’s sports.
