Trump sets up “Office of the Former President” in Palm Beach, Florida

Former President Trump has announced the opening of the “office of the former President” in Palm Beach, Florida to oversee his post-presidency activities.

“The office will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump administration through advocacy, organizing and public activism,” an official statement explains.

“President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American people,” the statement adds.

President Trump announced Monday he is endorsing former Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders in her run for Arkansas Governor.

Sanders responded by tweeting “Thank you President Trump for your endorsement and for always believing in me. As governor I will defend our freedom and lead with heart.”
