According to a new report from the Washingtonian a portrait of former President Trump will soon be part of the permanent exhibit in the National Portrait Gallery.
The portrait will be a temporary one while his official portrait is still being planned.
National Portrait Gallery director Kim Sajet said “as with all recent presidential commissions, we are unable to speculate as to how visitors will receive the portraits once completed. That is the beauty of portraiture: How it is received is always different for different people.”
Former President Obama’s portrait was unveiled in February of 2018.
