Monday, prior to Joe Biden receiving over 270 electoral votes, a resolution from Texas electors passed 34-4 urging the legislatures of 4 states – Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania to appoint their own electors.
TX's presidential electors voted 34-4 to "condemn" the Supreme Court rejecting TX's election lawsuit against PA, WI, GA & MI & called for the state legislatures of those states to "convene and appoint their electors in accordance with the true constitutional vote of the people.."

By the time the resolution passed all 4 states had already cast their votes. The resolution also “condemn[ed] the lack of action by the U.S. Supreme Court” after the SCOTUS rejected the lawsuit spearheaded by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit against 4 swing states.
Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, a Democrat responded sarcastically to the request from Texas electors on Twitter.
Fetterman tweeted “We’ll get right on that” and in a follow-up tweet added “Moreover, they must acknowledge how much the Cowboys blow.”
