Susan Page didn’t ask about Harris promoting a bail fund that helped release an accused sexual predator

Last night debate moderator Susan Page did not ask any questions about Kamala Harris promoting a bail fund that helped a man accused of sexually assaulting a 8 year old girl get out of jail in July.

June 1st, Harris wrote “If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”

This bail fund then helped get Timothy Wayne Columbus out of jail.

According to a DailyCaller report from last month “Timothy Wayne Columbus, 36, faces up to 30 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl in 2015, court records show. He was released from a Minneapolis jail in early July on $75,000 bail, according to jail records.

One day after his release, Columbus signed a document asking the court to return any refunded bail to the MFF, indicating that the fund played a role in securing his release from jail, a court document obtained by the DCNF shows.”

In addition to Kamala Harris a slew of “A list” celebrities donated to the Minnesota Freedom Fund as well.

13 staffers of Biden also donated to the fund, which raised $35 million.
