Asked about a controversial retweet last night during his town hall event, President Trump said “that was a retweet, I’ll put it out there. People can decide for themselves.”
In a viral moment, NBC host Savannah Guthrie replied “I don’t get that. You’re the president. You’re not, like, someone’s crazy uncle who can just retweet whatever.”

After the event, Fox News host Sean Hannity blasted Guthrie, who he accused of turning the Town hall into a “political debate” and acting like a Biden surrogate instead of a fair moderator.
