“Rules for thee, but not for me” Pelosi getting bashed on Twitter over indoor salon visit

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is getting bashed on Twitter for her indoor salon visit that was reported by Fox News and included security footage of her with wet hair and no mask. According to KTVU “In San Francisco, face coverings are mandatory in most public settings. Salons may only cut hair outdoors under new rules that took effect today.’

A spokesperson for Pelosi admitted the visit and claimed “The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements. This business offered for the Speaker to come in on Monday and told her they were allowed by the city to have one customer at a time in the business. The Speaker complied with the rules as presented to her by this establishment.”

San Francisco Attorney Harmett Dhillon wrote “As a San Francisco resident, I’ve followed the law & done my own hair for the last 5 months. My stylist also follows the law & hasn’t opened her salon all this time and is struggling. It’s pretty disgusting that
@SpeakerPelosi plays by different rules.”

Richard Grenell wrote:

The people must wear a mask in California.
The people can’t go to the gym.
The people can’t go to just any salon.

But if you know @GavinNewsom you can.

Jason Rantz “What a fraud”

Brit Hume “Rules for thee, but not for me. This is just classic Pelosi.”

Charlie Kirk “Pelosi should be embarrassed and ashamed”
