REPORT: Trump could kick off 2024 run during Biden’s inauguration

According to a new report from the DailyBeast, while President Trump has not yet conceded the race, he is already gaming out potentially kicking off a 2024 run.

According to the DailyBeast “two of these knowledgeable sources said the president has, in the past two weeks, even floated the idea of doing a 2024-related event during Biden’s inauguration week, possibly on Inauguration Day.”

The Hill reports “one poll from Seven Letter Insight found that 66 percent of Republican voters would support the president running in 2024. A separate Morning Consult-Politico poll found that 54 percent would vote for the president in a 2024 primary.”

In the Morning Consult poll, President Trump trounced Utah Senator Mitt Romney and others in a theoretical 2024 GOP Primary.

In 3rd place was President Trump’s own son, Donald Trump Jr.

Trump garners 53% support, Pence 12%, Trump Jr. 8% and Mitt Romney only 4%.
