On Sunday, pro-abortion group National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws took to social media to wish a happy Father’s Day “to all the pro-choice dads out there!”
The group suggested that men who support abortion “support equality and value bodily autonomy,” which they said “makes them great role models!”
Happy #FathersDay to all the pro-choice dads out there! #MenForChoice support equality and value bodily autonomy—and that makes them great role models! pic.twitter.com/6MZbeGW1EA

Reactions on social media came quickly, and weren’t exactly what the group likely expected, as dozens of horrified commenters shared their reactions.
Many commenters thanked their pro-life fathers for not choosing to abort them, while others pointed out the irony of NARAL’s initial post.
Gross.

@NARAL If I had done what my abusive “pro-choice” former partner had wanted, my amazing pro-life husband wouldn’t have 2 wonderful children to be celebrating Father’s Day with today, because my oldest would be dead & I definitely wouldn’t have gone on to have my son.

To my husband, father of my boys, and to my dear departed father – both the very best role models you could possibly have for fatherhood.
And both pro-life to their core.
The best kind of fatherhood is the one that accepts it with a full heart from the first moment.

I am pretty sure you nitwits don’t know what words mean.

Might be more appropriate to wish folks a happy Anti-Father’s Day. #MenForChoice are willing for children to be killed to avoid becoming a father. Nothing fatherly about that.
And killing innocent people makes a guy lots of things but a good role model is not one.

Pretty sick stuff.
