Pelosi Plays Dumb, Claims “No Taint” of Anti-Semitism in the Dem Party

During a recent interview, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi attempted to negate damage done to the Democratic Party stemming from growing allegations of anti-Semitism coming from younger party members.

When pressed, Pelosi said “we have no taint of [anti-Semitism] in the Democratic Party, and just because [Republicans] want to accuse somebody of that, doesn’t mean that we take that bait.”

“I think the president is bankrupt of any ideas,” added Pelosi, in response to President Trump’s recent condemnation of Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar’s remarks, which have been frequently deemed to be anti-Semitic in nature.

Democrat Ilhan Omar famously tweeted among other statements deemed anti-semitic that Israel “has hypnotized the world” and called on Allah to “awaken the people” from their evil.

The previous day, President Trump took to social media to lambast Pelosi, who has largely been seen as solely holding the reigns of the Democratic Party following her 2018 House victory, as having “lost all control of Congress.”

Trump urged Pelosi to examine Rep. Omar’s comments, calling Omar “out of control, except for her control of Nancy!”
