During a conversation with Todd Starnes, Covington Catholic teen Nick Sandmann praised President Trump’s speech at the March for Life
“It was a moving experience,” Nick told Todd “It brought back a lot of memories but it was definitely worth it….I was proud of the way he stood for the pro-life movement. I thought it was one of his best speeches in the history of his presidency.”
President Trump responded to Nick by tweeting the story from Starnes and writing “Thank you Nick!”
Sandmann also tweeted photos of his visit to the March for Life 2020, adding:
“I will never pass on an opportunity to March for Life!”

Todd Starnes reports Nicholas Sandmann is a survivor.
Last year the Mainstream Media and Democrats tried to destroy this young man – mostly because he is a white, pro-life Catholic who wore a “Make America Great Again” hat.
The truth eventually came out – but many in the Mainstream Media refused to retract their stories or apologize to the Covington Catholic High School student.
Read about what really happened to the Covington Catholic High School patriots in my new book, “Culture Jihad: How to Stop the Left From Killing a Nation.”
Their day will come and I have no doubt that Nick’s attorneys will get justice for their client. Judgment Day is coming for those who attacked this good and decent young man.
In spite of it all – Nick never wavered, he never backed down. He refused to be bullied.
On Friday, Nick returned to Washington, D.C. to march alongside his fellow countrymen in the March For Life.
I had a brief conversation with Nick about his experiences over the weekend – and when the time is right he will be a guest on my radio show.
“It was a moving experience,” Nick told me. “It brought back a lot of memories but it was definitely worth it.”
Nick said he was especially impressed with President Trump’s speech – the first time a president has ever addressed pro-lifers in person on the mall.
“I was proud of the way he stood for the pro-life movement,” Nick told me. “I thought it was one of his best speeches in the history of his presidency.”
The president did not mention what happened to Nick, but he did remind us that people of faith are under attack in this country.
“We have taken decisive action to protect the religious liberty –- so important. Religious liberty has been under attack all over the world, and, frankly, very strongly attacked in our nation,” he said. “You see it better than anyone.”
“Sadly, the far-left is actively working to erase our God-given rights, shut down faith-based charities, ban religious believers from the public square, and silence Americans who believe in the sanctity of life,” the president told the massive gathering. “They are coming after me because I am fighting for you and we are fighting for those who have no voice.”
And we were proud to fight for Nick Sandmann, a good and decent and honorable young man.
Looks like Nathan Phillips only wants the camera on him when he’s in on the ambush.
What a fraud. https://t.co/jcMncA5aoF
