After his viral outburst at a voter in Iowa Thursday, the DailyCaller dug up a video from 1987 that shows 2020 candidate Joe Biden has a history of insulting people in a cringeworthy fashion.
In the video Biden berates a New Hampshire voter
“I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do, I suspect.” Biden boasts ” I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship.”
Biden then continues to boast about more of his “accomplishments.”
