A new Traflagar poll has an unexpected result in the 2 Georgia Senate runoff elections that will determine control of the Senate.
Democrats need to win both races in order to establish a 50/50 split in which Kamala Harris could then break the tie.
The poll has Republican Loeffler comfortably ahead of her Democrat opponent Raphael Warnock by the margin of 50.2% to 45.3% when leaners are included.
4.6% are undecided.
Without leaners included, Loeffler leads 47.5% to 42.4%, a similar margin.
The same poll has Democrat Ossoff over Perdue by the slimmest of margins 48% to 47.3% when leaners are included.
Without leaners, Perdue leads 45.8% to 41.9%. 4.7% are undecided.
