A new SurveyUSA Georgia poll has Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff leading Republican Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Warnock in the critical runoff races taking place January 5th 2021.
The results show both Ossoff and Warnock holding commanding leads of 5 and 7.
Ossoff’s lead surged to 5 from 2 whereas Warnock holds a 7 point lead.
* Ossoff (D), 51%.
* Perdue (R), 46%.
* Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 3 weeks ago, Ossoff is up 1, Perdue is down 2.
* Ossoff had led by 2, now leads by 5.
* Warnock (D), 52%.
* Loeffler (R), 45.
* Compared to an identical SurveyUSA poll 3 weeks ago, Warnock is flat, Loeffler is flat.
* Warnock had led by 7, still leads by 7.
However, 2 other recent polls have very different results.
A recent Trafalgar poll has Perdue Leading Ossoff by the margin of 50.2% to 47.5%.
2.3% are undecided.
The same poll has Loeffler leading Warnock by a larger margin of 52.2% to 45.5% with 2.3%undecided.
A recent Emerson college poll also has Republican Senators Perdue and Loeffler leading their Democrat rivals in the critical Georgia runoff races.
Perdue leads Democrat Jon Ossoff by the margin of 51-48% with 1% undecided.
Loeffler leads Democrat Raphael Warnock by the identical margin of 51%-48% with 1% undecided.
Director of Emerson College Polling Spencer Kimball concludes that “the data revealed there is little crossover support, which suggests one party should win both seats.”
