Murkowski says she didn’t vote for Trump in the 2020 election, but won’t join Democrats

Friday, Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski says she did not vote for Trump in the 2020 election but said she would stay a Republican and not join the Senate Democrats.

Murkowski admitted “I can be very discouraged at times by things that go on in my own caucus, in my own party.”

“I think each member feels that,” she added. “But I have absolutely no desire to move over to the Democrat side of the aisle.”

Murkowski also admitted she did not vote for Trump but would not reveal who she did vote for.

She did say the person she voted for was a “he” and “didn’t win” ruling out a vote for Biden.

She added “people have asked and it’s like, you know what, it’s not really relevant who I voted for.”
