MSNBC guest says all of Trump’s Criminal Immunity expires in about 60 days

Appearing on MSNBC, former U.S. acting solicitor general Neal Katyal explained that President Trump could face legal efforts against him after he leaves office.

Katyal argued Trump’s criminal immunity as President will expire in about 60 days after which he will be able to be indicted.

“You’ve got a guy whose right now literally committing if not crimes, pretty darn close, even when he’s being forced out the door,” Kaytal claimed.
