Tuesday, California Gubernatorial candidate Larry elder tweeted “Clint Eastwood just contacted me with a message of his support. A shout out to Mr. Eastwood. You made my day.”
Eastwood spoke at the 2012 Republican National Convention but has also been critical of former President Trump.
It’s unknown if what he said to Elder was a formal endorsement.
