During a speech commemorating the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Biden running mate Kamala Harris took aim at Trump and Republicans for ignoring her “dying wish.”
According to NPR, Ginsburg dictated to her granddaughter before dying “my most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
“the President and his party have chosen to ignore Justice Ginsburg’s final wish to hold off the nomination to replace her until after the next President is chosen,” Harris said.

Some replies include:
“final wishes are not in the consistution”
“I wonder what the Dems would do if it was Clarence Thomas or Brett Kavanaugh’s dying wish for Trump to fill the spot?”
“Why does anyone think a dying “wish” is binding? Ridiculous.”
