Jordan says Pelosi doesn’t want Republicans asking the “fundamental question” on Jan 6th.

After being rejected from serving on the January 6th committee along with Rep. Jim Banks, Rep. Jim Jordan fired back at House Speaker Pelosi who made the decision to not allow him to serve.

Jordan said “Speaker Pelosi just admitted the obvious, that the January 6th Select Committee is nothing more than a partisan political charade.”

Rep. Jim Jordan also said that he believes Pelosi doesn’t want Republicans asking the “fundamental question.”

“That fundamental question is, why wasn’t there proper security presence that day?” said Rep. Jordan to The National Desk’s Jan Jeffcoat. “It’s not like we didn’t know there was a rally in town.”

Meanwhile, Rep. Jim Banks, the other House member rejected by Pelosi for the committee said  “I’m a sitting member of Congress and served my country in Afghanistan and the Speaker knows how hard I will fight for my country. We said all along that this was a purely partisan exercise by the Democrats and Nancy Pelosi’s rejection of me and Jim Jordan shows once again she is the most partisan figure in America today.”

“The American people deserve the truth. Unfortunately, Speaker Pelosi is afraid of the facts,” he added.
