Monday, former Vice President Joe Biden tweeted:
I’m running as a proud Democrat, but I will govern as an American president.
I will work with Democrats and Republicans, and I’ll work as hard for those who don’t support me as for those who do.
Because that’s the job of a president.
Just days ago, frustrated by the interruption of pro-Trump hecklers, Biden said “this isn’t a political statement like those ugly folks over there beeping their horns!”

Biden also said “why should a firefighter, an educator, that guy blowing that horn. Why should he pay– Why should a nurse pay higher tax rates than the super wealthy. Why should you pay more than Donald Trump pays.”

During another Pennsylvania drive-in rally, Biden called pro-Trump hecklers “chumps” saying “we don’t do things like those chumps out there with the microphones, those Trump guys.”
Actor Brad Pitt recently narrated an ad calling Biden “a President for all Americans.”
Pitt portrays Biden as a uniter, not a divider.
