In a recent statement, federal immigration agency ICE called out the state of New Jersey for its handling of the case of the illegal alien alleged to have murdered a 45-year-old woman.
“ICE maintains that cooperation by local law enforcement is an indispensable component of promoting public safety,” said the agency, vowing to take the suspect into custody “despite limited cooperation in the state.”
The suspect, an illegal migrant of Honduras, had been previously deported from the US twice before, and is alleged to have murdered and sexually assaulted the New Jersey woman.
ICE just voiced their criticism of the state of New Jersey for only offering “limited cooperation” in the case of a twice-deported illegal who is charged with raping and murdering a woman in Jersey City, New Jersey.
“Limited cooperation” or no corporation happens between ICE and law enforcement when a city like Jersey City is a sanctuary city. Illegals are protected and legal Americans are the ones who suffer the consequences when criminals like the one in Jersey City are allowed to stay in our country. This is why Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has taken a stand on sanctuary cities in his state. He’s promoting a ban on sanctuary cities in Florida.
ICE called out New Jersey on their lack of cooperation:
“ICE maintains that cooperation by local law enforcement is an indispensable component of promoting public safety. ICE will seek taking custody of Rios-Doblado at the conclusion of his criminal proceedings, despite limited cooperation in the state.”
The suspect in the rape, strangulation and drowning death of a 45-year-old New Jersey woman is an illegal alien from Honduras.
According to Carolina Cano’s roommate, she had gone out for an early morning jog on Sunday and never came home.
After a search, the 45-year-old was found dead in a local lake close to her home.
Carolina was still wearing her sneakers when she was found by Jersey City police in the lake and hadn’t been there long.
The Medical Examiner determined her death was caused by “strangulation” and “water submersion”. She had also been sexually assaulted.
