Hollywood Celebs attack Boebert after she blasts Alec Baldwin over 2014 Tweet

Late last week, Rep. Lauren Boebert ignited controversy after she blasted Alec Baldwin over a tweet from 2014.

In the December 5th 2014 tweet, Baldwin, who recently fatally shot Director of Photography Halyna Hutchinson in a film set mishap, writes “I’m going to make bright, banana yellow t-shirts that read “My hands are up. Please don’t shoot me.” Who wants one?”

Lauren Boebert asked Baldwin “are these still available? Asking for a movie producer…”

Brian Santa Maria replied “Let’s agree to never use guns as props, what do you say?”

Boebert replied “Mine shotgun wasn’t a prop. The muzzle was pointed in a safe direction. I was treating it as it were loaded, even though it was not. I had trigger discipline. After this photo was taken, I went and blasted some clays and had a great time!”

Actress Rosanna Arquette defended Baldwin and wrote “This was a tragic and horrible accident ms boebart and you should be ashamed of yourself politicizing it.”

“Star Trek” actor George Takei tweeted “Overheard: If you want to really understand that there is no soul to the GOP, on Twitter its ghouls from JD Vance to Lauren Boebert are gleefully mocking Alec Baldwin for the tragedy that occurred on set.”

Boebert doubled down, tweeting:

I said what said.

You crazy Blue Checks want to take away our right to defend ourselves with a firearm, and know NOTHING about basic gun safety!

Alec’s careless and ignorant actions KILLED a woman.

If this was a conservative celebrity you’d be calling for his head…
