Hillary calls GOP “ramming through” Barrett’s confirmation “an insult to the American people”

Monday morning, Hillary Clinton spoke out against Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s expected confirmation tonight.

Clinton wrote “It is an insult to the American people that the GOP is ramming through a Supreme Court justice with just eight days until the end of an election in which nearly 60 million people have already voted.”

However, a recent  Politico/Morning Consult poll shows that far more voters think Judge Amy Coney Barrett should be confirmed by the Senate than those that think she should not be.

The poll found a majority of 51% think the Senate should confirm Barrett.

Only 28% think the Senate should not confirm Barrett.

21% had no opinion.

Sunday, Mitch McConnell told Senate Republicans “By tomorrow night, we’ll have a new member of the United States supreme court.”
