GoFundMe for Owner of Salon Pelosi is accusing of “a setup” exceeds $40k

A GoFundMe set up for Erica Kious, the owner of the San Francisco Salon that was visited by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has exceeded over $40k from over 1300 donors.

Kious appeared Wednesday on the popular Fox News program “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to tell her side of the story after Pelosi claimed her visit  “was clearly a setup” and “this salon owes me an apology.”

While a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show, Kious refuted Pelosi’s claim that she was “set up.”

“She had called the stylist, or her assistant did, and made the appointment,” Kious explained. “So the appointment was already booked. So there was no way I could have set that up.”

She added “And I’ve had a camera system in there for five years, I mean I didn’t go in there and turn cameras on as soon as she walked in to set her up. So that’s absolutely false.”

Tucker asked Kious “What are you going to do, are you going to stay in the city do you think in San Francisco?”

Kious answered grimly “I don’t think so, the hard part of all this is I have been in that community for 12 years and since this happened I have received nothing but hate. Text messages, death threats, they’re gonna burn my hair salon down.”

“My Yelp page is just unbelievable, with bad reviews.” Kious lamented” It’s sad that my community is pulling this..they’re saying I threw her under the bus when I didn’t. So that’s hurtful, but yeah I think i’m pretty much done.”

Tucker responded by saying “Well, I think that’s one of the most heartbreaking stories i’ve heard in a long time.”

Even President Trump has chimed in on the story, tweeting “Crazy Nancy Pelosi is being decimated for having a beauty parlor opened, when all others are closed, and for not wearing a Mask — despite constantly lecturing everyone else,” He added “We will almost certainly take back the House, and send Nancy packing!”

Ben Shapiro wrote “The fact that Nancy Pelosi is blaming the salon owner for her own Marie Antoinette behavior is even more Marie Antoinette.”

Omar Navarro wrote:

“Nancy Pelosi, the House Speaker, says she “Trusted” the Salon when it comes to the Covid-19 Business restrictions.

So Pelosi, AN ELECTED OFFICIAL AND LAW CREATOR, didn’t know the Covid-19 Lockdown orders that SHE SUPPORTS in HER own CITY!”

Attorney and GOP official Harmeet Dhillon tweeted “I joined @KTVU tonight to discuss @SpeakerPelosi’s gross hypocrisy and law violation of getting her hair done indoors in San Francisco. If it’s safe for San Fran Nan, it should be ok for all of us to get our hair done by professionals indoors, and dispense with the COVID theater.”
