Trump Jr. added:
Not sure where The View’s @sunny got her law degree from, but she should think about asking for a refund.

Guilfoyle: I didn’t advise him that it was a federal crime…
Trump: Well it’s not a federal crime, it’s only a federal crime for the IG [Inspector General] to do it, that’s in the statute.
Hostin: But that’s not true, that’s a lie. That’s not true.
Hostin: Under U.S. Code § 1505 it, it, it is a crime
Trump: That’s not accurate. Just ask Rand Paul, he went into great detail on it the other [day].
Hostin: Well, my law degree says it is

Sunny is one of 3 view hosts, Don Jr. has feuded with.
During his a heated appearance of “The View,” Don Jr. claimed that host Joy Behar had admitted she wore “blackface.”

Now, the clip that Don Jr. was referring to is circulating on social media, where Joy Behar says she dressed as a “beautiful African woman” and darkened her skin.
Don Jr. tweeted:
Here’s @TheView‘s Joy Behar admitting on national TV that she in fact wore blackface. Why are they denying it now?

Don Jr. also accused Whoopi Goldberg of having defended disgraced Hollywood Director.
Archival video now shows Whoopi Goldberg did say Roman Polanski didn’t commit “Rape Rape.”
Whoppi also promotes the idea that Statutory rape and criminalizing having sex with a 13 year old is more due to our “cultural norm” and “not everybody agrees with the way we see things.”
“I have to tell you, again. We’re a different kind of society. We see things differently. The world sees 13 year olds and 14 year olds and the rest of Europe, they are seen oftentimes. Well, Sheri I don’t know but I do know that not everybody agrees with the way we see things.
Here is the explosive exchange between Whoopi and Don Jr.
Per TheGuardian, On 1 February 1978, after 42 days in jail, Polanski fled the US while awaiting final sentencing, having pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. On these facts, everyone agrees.
There are no hazy conspiracy theories – we know exactly what happened because Polanski admitted to it and later wrote about it in astonishing detail in his autobiography, Roman by Polanski, published six years after he left the US and went to France, where he still lives. There are some quibbles about who said what, but the generally agreed facts are as follows: in March 1977 Polanski, who was then 43, took a child, Samantha Gailey (now Geimer), who he knew was 13 years old, to Jack Nicholson’s house to take photos of her for a magazine.
There, he gave her champagne and, according to her, quaaludes. He then had sex with her, drove her home and, the next day, was arrested.
Whoopi Goldberg is not the first Hollywood actor to defend child rapist Polanski.
Meryl Streep has vehemently defended him, saying “Roman Polanksi, i’m very sorry he’s in jail.”
When Roman Polanski won an Oscar for “The Pianist,” in 2013, Streep, Jack Nicholson and others stood up and gave Polanski a standing ovation.
