A disturbing video shared by the NYPD shows an 16-year old girl being strangled from behind by a homeless person in NYC. The event took place at a Sushi restaurant Monday, October 4.
A NYPD spokesperson has confirmed the suspect, 36-year-old Minerva Martinez, was arrested on Saturday afternoon and charged with strangulation.
The Police also said the victim “sustained pain, redness, and swelling, but was not transported to a hospital.”
