Former FBI Director James Comey hit back at AG William Barr’s claims that the bureau spied on Presidents Trump’s campaign.
This has some people wondering, is Comey nervous?
Contradicting Comeym former Director of National Intelligence, Clapper admitted just the opposite during a recent interview, calling the surveillance the “dictionary definition of spying.”

Daily Caller reported that Comey responded Wednesday to Attorney General William Barr’s recent claims that the bureau spied on the Trump campaign, saying “the FBI doesn’t spy, the FBI investigates.”
“I have no idea what he’s talking about,” Comey said in an interview on “CBS This Morning.”
Barr touched off debate in April by saying during congressional testimony he believed U.S. government agencies spied on the Trump campaign. He doubled down on using the term May 1 when asked about it during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
