Christian University Names Melania Trump Their 2020 “Woman of Distinction”

It’s often discussed how little the establishment media and liberal universities have recognized First Lady Melania Trump compared to how they treated Michelle Obama.

Now one Christian university is going against that trend and has named Melania their 2020 “Woman of distinction.”

Palm Beach Atlantic markets touts on their website:

The Christian world view that permeates our campus, community and culture adds a unique dimension to the PBA learning experience. From its presence in the academic curriculum, to weekly chapel to service learning and mission trips, this faith-based foundation will shape your experience and prepare you with the kind of ethical, principled outlook that today’s employers value.

CBS12 reports Melania Trump is being honored by one local University for her contributions to society, according to the Palm Beach Post.

The first lady is being honored by Palm Beach Atlantic University as their 2020 Women of Distinction, an award which recognizes women for their charitable leadership of organizations that support the arts, education, health care and other community initiatives

“Our first lady is an exquisite human being, a magnificent wife and life partner, a superb mother and an outstanding first lady, who represents us brilliantly in the United States and worldwide,” Eileen Burns, co-chair of the event told the post. “Melania is a perfect example of a Woman of Distinction and we are most proud to honor her.”

Per PalmBeachPost, each year for the past 28 years, two women have shared the spotlight as honorees at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Women of Distinction awards luncheon.

This year, that spotlight will be on only one.

PBAU has announced that first lady of the United States Melania Trump is its 2020 Woman of Distinction.

She will be the sole honoree at the luncheon, which honors women who have made significant contributions to the community.
