A third woman has accused embattled NY Governor Andrew Cuomo of unwanted touching and sexual attention.
33-year-old Anna Ruch said Cuomo placed her hands on her face and asked if he could kiss her during a friend’s wedding in 2019.
She also said Cuomo put his hand on her bare lower back. A friend took photos of the incident as it occurred.

Ruch said she pulled away from Cuomo and was “so confused and shocked and embarrassed.”
“I turned my head away and didn’t have words in that moment,” she also said.
Two other women have recently accused Cuomo of sexual harassment.
Former aide Lindsey Boyland accused Cuomo of unwanted kissing and former aide Charlotte Bennett accused Cuomo of unwanted sexually charged discussions.
