BREAKING: Trump Reveals Tiger Woods to Receive Presidential Medal of Freedom

On Monday, President Trump announced that golf legend Tiger Woods would be invited to the White House following his victory at The Masters on Sunday, and said he will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Trump, a frequent golf partner of Woods, said that the award is due not only to “his incredible success and comeback in sports,” but also, “life” in general.

At 43-years-old, Woods’ Sunday victory at The Masters was his fifth, and the first time in ten years since he had won the tournament, proving to be his fifteenth major victory, as well as his 81st victory in the PGA Tour.

On Sunday, President Trump congratulated Woods for his spectacular performance, calling him a “truly Great Champion,” while noting that his victory marked “a fantastic life comeback for a really great guy!”
