BREAKING: Trump, North Korea Hint at Possible Third Meeting

On Saturday, President Trump took to social media to signal his willingness to hold a third meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, following a similar remark by the reclusive chairman indicating the possibility for continued talks.

President Trump said he agreed with Kim Jong-un’s assessment of the US-North Korean relationship as “very good,” noting, “perhaps the term ‘excellent’ would be even more accurate.”

“I look forward to the day, which could be soon, when nuclear weapons and sanctions can be removed, and then watching North Korea become one of the most successful nations of the world!” exclaimed Trump.

Earlier in the day, Chairman Kim expressed his desire to further talks with the US, with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stating he felt “confident” another meeting between the United States and North Korea will take place.
