BREAKING: Supreme Court rejects fast-track for Trump election challenges

Monday, the Supreme Court rejected to fast-track election challenges by Trump and his allies.

According to the Associated Press “the court rejected pleas for quick consideration of cases involving the outcome in five states won by President-elect Joe Biden: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.”

Without the fast track, the appeals won’t be scheduled for consideration until late January at the earliest.

According to the WSJ “the justices are under no obligation to hear the cases, and few legal observers expect that they will.”
